By signing this declaration, you, the client hereby confirm that to the best of your knowledge, all diamonds submitted by you have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in conflict in compliance with United Nation Regulations. You hereby guarantee that these diamonds are conflict free based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of the diamonds.
